Tiger. Humbug? Write. HEALTH TIPS........

I hope that Tiger has the company of many lovely ladies during his self imposed exile in his yacht so the "experts" in the media can go on wetting all over themselves with envy.

In a humbug mood? Write, write all Ur grievances real & imaginary. Let it all hang out. If U still don't feel any better mail them. Suggestion: then move out leavng NO return address. Altrnatv: forget all dat, especially da imaginary & try 2 get in da prevalnt idiotic mood of "THE HOLIDAYS".

HEALTH TIPS THAT WORK 4 ME: Durng "THE HOLIDAYS" 1) eat lightly of evrythng. No secnds, thrds.... so we nt get any fatter, uglier, unpleasnt dan we r alredy. No need 2 giv ourslfs anothr reason 2 hate Us. 2) Walk 2 & frm dinner sites. Wht if we lose weight, bcom pretty, handsome, pleasnt...............?

My thought is eat however much you like on Christmas Day--only! Eve, day-after, weeks and moths before and after, lots of salad stuff and whole grains.

And red wine.
