lovely, unusual sunday

4 I hd late lnch w/friends a blck frm my house. A fascntng fmly, 3 gnrtns, grndprnts 2 grnd cnldrn. So much life, so much lvng. So mystrous! Latr on  took BART 2 East Bay visitd  w/fmly. A mix of few mnts of drum & guitar musc in lvng rm. Egg hunt by my 11 yr grndsn, Koii, of plstc eggs I hd  filled w/choclts &/or money to which his parnts added mor $s 2 total $15. which was wht he needed 2  buy a tool. He's grt mechanc, sculptr–wood–4 Chrstms creatd  lovly figurns, 4 sale. Ernd $250.!! Jst whn I thoght oh! how wise ths guy, alrdy a bsns man, he took his mney, bought hmslf a game &  hsn't tochd those tools since. So wht nxt...........?

In this lovely sunday

I wish U many blesngs! 
I rembr th ltl book, th missal, I carried 2 church on sundys. Writng 4 childrn w/many ilstrtns in bright colrs of saintly lookng boys & grls. I rembr my mother teachng me the Our Father, The Creed, Hail Mary. Teaching me from another bk, The Cathecism. Ther were lovely stories in it, fun  stories, sad stories. All hd 2 b memorized. & I did lern thm all. & The Mass w/its pomp & ceremony. & no meat on fridys & on & on...........Litle bks 4 a litle grl.

HEALTH TIPS THAT WORK 4 ME: Sunbathing! Love it. Used 2 trn colr of choclt. Now just café latte is enough othrws get blotchy skin, pink skin that lsts 4 wks. & not evenly pink either!!! Howevr if I sunbathe while swmng–which I lv–in river, ocean, lake, I do get an even tan. So that's what I do.  Sunbathing is NOT 4 everyne. & healthy, best in sml dosis, 10-20m @ a time. The sun rays, r gd but lik so much in life must not b abused. Dn't go for choclt. Stay w/light café latte.

Mkng collage–any mtl will do, paper, plstc, cloth–on both sides of bg, 2 fit the ocasn. Easy 2 carry, peopl really enjy, apprct the srprise elemnt. & as I sd bfr, if I feel is OK, at end of prty I ask prmsn 2 take it w/me alng w/other dscrded papr &  re-use it over & over.
